Is the warranty in writing?
Yes. When I finish I leave a note with the work, the date and 6 months of warranty on labor.
Do you charge to come look?
The inspection is from $500 MXN and you pay on the visit. If you hire the repair, I quote the price first.
Do you buy materials?
I can buy them with a receipt, or you buy them with the list I send.
Do you take commercial jobs?
Yes, up to 120 m² on the standard inspection. Larger spaces are quoted.
